My 20 year HS reunion is Saturday and while I feel a little obligated, I can't convince myself over a proper point and purpose of going. These people are long out of my lives and I'm sure that's for good reason. But might be cool to get drunk and see who got as fat as I did. Or just not go? Hmm.

No hate towards snake owners, that's probably my Irish Catholic story believing boy bias showing. But the stone cold confidence that our alternative hobbies would intersect so seamlessly was wild. He was sending me pictures of the python when I didn't respond initially. Like that would help.

I have to start selling some music gear, because it's just time for a lot of my dust collectors to get some love and I could seriously use the funds. But sweet bbq Jesus I loathe selling instruments to the random mutants on marketplace, CL, Reverb etc.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes the last couple days! Sorry I haven't responded much. I've gotten real sick over the week, which I luckily planned to take off as a staycation months ago. At least being bed ridden has given me plenty of time to self reflect and reevaluate where I'm heading.

I truly wish him a legacy unmarred. He was an incredibly talented and creative force behind some of the greatest music metal had to offer and I hope he found some peace in his life towards this sudden end. This is so untimely and tragic. RIP Brent Hinds.
