In previous posts, I have verified a posted with data evidence that Flash Flood Watches were appropriately issued. Every County around Kerr received that info and applied it to save lives. "I was sick," is not a valid excuse for the deaths of 116 people. It is failure this guy still has a job.

A lot of utilities have already destroyed their coal fired plants. Those who haven't have plans to do so very soon. Nobody is going to paying "real money" for coal, it's just not feasible and that's the free market economy. Nobody wants it, there's cheaper alternatives.
