this is especially true for indies for whom things like sending free physical copies - ARCs or otherwise - is very cost prohibitive so if you own those books, it helps to show them off

Word of mouth is important to a book's success. So, if you'd like to see the authors who wrote your favourite stories commissioned to write more, please keep talking about all the #books you love.

I would add that this is especially true for indie authors who are often working full time on top of writing. 😅

I received a very AI written review after someone requested the book from an ARC site. It was very frustrating, particularly because the summary didn’t even correlate with the book properly

Yeah! He tweeted wanting a copy of goldeneye and some controllers and I was the first to respond with a photo 😂 he sent me this with both his and Billy’s signature. Sean and John Rhys Davies signed it later at a convention.
