Sigh. They are all fundamentally broken. It’s not a surprise to me, just a bump in the road to resignation to who these guys are and I’m sure some of the women in these positions.

I believe I’ll default to “exceptionally bad” as opposed to it being used as a modifier for ‘good.’ I think he’s been suffering a series of strokes and the rest of his chronic conditions are becoming harder to treat as he ages.
