One of my favorite models and characters from Warhammer 40k: Captain Darnath Lysander! I love that he finally got a new model and that it looks fantastic. I hope the paint job did him justice!

One of my favorite models and characters from Warhammer 40k: Captain Darnath Lysander! I love that he finally got a new model and that it looks fantastic. I hope the paint job did him justice!

So apparently everyone is just grumpy at work today. The last two calls I've recieved have started with "So your department gave us this shitty *insert thing here that works fine*"
By the end of the day, the calls are just going to be "I'm going to beat you up unless you reset my passwords."

I've had an awful 7 days, a large part due to having to put my dog to sleep, so instead I want to focus on things that make me happy:
I love seeing people of "less popular" franchises hold that candle for it proudly. Love what you love for you, but it brings me joy to see it.

Painted Logan Grimnar to as high a level as I could. I goofed bad by not dry-fitting the wolves into the base before I glued it down and did all the basing. Shame on me. Otherwise though I think he turned out pretty darn good.

The dub for #LostJudgment is truly phenomenal. Normally, a dub messes with brain. Between the "wrong" audio and lips not matching the words, it drives me nuts. That's not happening with this game. Awesome job by RGG and the dubbing team.

A little acting choice I love in this scene where Hamazaki gives Majima the unsolicited shoulder rub is how he drifts down into the frame completely in profile, and then swivels his head around to face Majima as a completely separate action, it has this uncanny inhuman quality, like a shark

A mini for a #Bloodbowl commission. This is the first "Display tier" job I've gotten in a while and I'm pretty happy with how he came out. A lot of fun to paint high-level details.

I'm back on the Ramen train for a while due to some financial issues, and it's been wild finding out that there are multiple brands of Ramen at different (affordable) price points as well as premium Ramen.
Even getting the Ichiban Sapporo ramen as opposed to the bargain bin stuff is worlds apart.
