After the government shutdown ends, the only political win for Democrats will be that Republicans do, indeed, refuse to negotiate on ACA subsidies. Democrats can say "see what happens when you let Republicans win?"
And of course, Republicans will say "then why did you agree to end the shutdown?"

I was laid off from Teen Vogue this week, alongside multiple other phenomenal team members.
