Seafood panang curry for lunch.

Sautéd butternut squash, onion, carrots, ginger, sausage, habanero powder and curry paste in bacon fat. Added some shrimp and tuna steaks to the mix. Brought a half cup homemade fish stock and a can of coconut cream to a simmer 30 minutes. #Lunch 🍽️
