A federal judge in Oregon has temporarily limited federal officers’ use of force on peaceful protesters outside the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland. The ruling blocks federal officers from directing or using munitions such as pepper balls and tear gas.

Canisters deployed were HC and this is toxic and carcinogenic. Smoke drifted into our condo 5 blocks away and our air purifiers kicked on. My husband is disabled with a neuro degenerative illness. Many elderly, disabled live here and are being poisoned, including the pets, wildlife, birds, soils.
