Sprite and Sprite Sheet for the Tattooed Strongman from Batman Returns on NES by Konami. He is the level 1 boss, and his attacks include a Oil Drum toss and a Zangief style spinning lariat. A red colored variant of him shows up later in the game.

No documentary about pop culture has ever made me so furiously angry than Batman & Bill given that documentary showed every scummy thing Bob Kane had done and threw Bill Finger under the bus penniless.
