Dr visibly pleased with my progress, i don't think I've ever had a dr actually beaming before. I'm quite pleased myself. It's been a hard several months (and year tbh) so some good news is really really welcome.

Having an intense mental break with panic attacks in the bathroom at my grandma's house on Thanksgiving because of work which led to me quitting with no back up plan. Changed industries entirely, will never go back to gaming. Finance is less toxic and I haven't gotten a 💀 threat since.

"YoU OnLy hAvE OnE MoM!" Yeah ok but actually I have 3 and none of them have birth to me because that mom is a very bad person! I have my step mom, my MiL, and my grandma. I don't need to keep a person in my life who caused so much pain.

I don't like spiders- they have always creeped me out. But there's one that has taken up residence over the bush by our door. It's huge and orange and sleeps(?) under a leaf when it rains. It would be cute if it wasn't so horrifying, and I watch it grow with curiosity and despair.

I'm in a d&d game where you pay for every session (worth it our DM is great), and one of our players consistently just ... Not paying attention or participating. Buddy you're paying to not play! It's very irritating because our DM has to keep prompting him to pay attention.
