All four [Rec] movies are on Shudder. Should I just watch all four? I remember digging that at one point in the 3rd one, there's a woman in a torn, bloody wedding dress with a chainsaw, so, bonus for a badass visual. But I don't remember anything else (except for the biohazard of course.) hmm...

Look at Margaret Alford in the first movie. Part of the Fester scheme, unhappy, scared. The end of her arc is marrying Cousin Itt! They had little baby What in Addams Family Values! She is glowing with joy, and welcomes Debbie to the family. MA only needed to clarify her POV, not change - accept.

The villains in The Addams Family movies aren’t “Normal” people. They’re disingenuous ppl [hiding] the truth of themselves. …that that kind of behaviour gets equated w/ “normalcy” is [part] of the commentary. Tully AND Debbie would’ve been welcome, if they’d just been honest with & About themselves.

I'll look back at some of my posts and think to myself: I need to exercise my communication skills more often, because some of this is embarrassing to downright nonsensical. Not everything I post, but it does become glaring when it occurs. Yes, it's good that I can recognize it. Needs more work. C-

This will be the hill I die on, “porn addiction” is not real, that phrase specifically is used as a dog whistle and is backed only by pseudoscience which has been created by right wing fascist organisations with the intention to demonise minorities. It is not real, actual science proves it isn’t.

Got my ballot in the mail. Prop 50. Temporary changes to congressional district maps in California. The maps would go back to their current districts in 2031. This is the only thing on the ballot.

I really enjoyed that... up until the last few minutes when the creature from Barbarian shows up out of nowhere and shits all over the place (metaphorically speaking here). *Sigh* It's not High Tension levels of egregious ending bullshit, but it does leave me deflated.
