We were talking about the movie Drop Dead Fred yesterday, but also I had been watching The Matrix, so the dvd was by the TV all day. Last night I dreamed about both, specifically the Drop Dead Fred cover featuring Rik Mayall and Phoebe Cates dressed like Neo and Trinity. Cannot be unseen.
I remember around ten or more years ago a remake starring Dwayne Johnson was on the cards; I remember thinking he could be really good in the role. It never happened, and I'm certain it's because he wanted Jack Burton to be the *actual* hero and Carpenter was having none of it.
I did nab this *impossibly* cool (and pretty rare afaik) #PS2 in a charity shop some time ago. Already have the standard black of course, but absolutely could not say no. €40.
I regret getting rid of so many great PS1+2 games over the years, but still have a decent enough pile, including FF6, 7, 8, 9, X and XII. Ill never part with them as long as I live 😌
