goombuds are like the waluigi of goomba subspecies if you think about it

Mario 64 is probably the best 3d Mario game still and I think that mostly happens because it was SO early that they HAD to build for what they had, which kinda had them fall into this crazy cool playground design space they never revisited.

The Bone Man
Muncie & Kalamazoo look at a giant skeleton halloween decoration. "Look at this!" Kalamazoo exclaims. "Another halloween decoration for the Bone Man. Unreal!" Muncie pauses, "yeah... wait." "Who's the bone man?" They ask. "The bone man comes from Balkan folklore" Kalamazoo says excitedly, leaning towards Muncie. "He steals your bones to create his infernal machines." "So is he like an angry skeleton, or..." Muncie asks incredulously. "Sheesh. No Muncie, he's the Bone Man." Kalamazoo scoffs. "Plus we all know skeletons are what live in your body." Muncie angrily lists the countries of the Balkan peninsula. "No! The other one!" Kalamazoo angrily retorts. "You're just making this up as you go along!" Muncie replies. "Ugh!" Kalamazoo shrieks. "Why are you like this? See what I care when the Bone Man come for you and his infernal machines." "Have the Bone Man make me into an ice cream machine, because I'm so sweet." Muncie teases. Kalamazoo chases after them. "OH YEAH? Get back here!" Meanwhile the giant skeleton decoration is revealed to be the Bone Man hiding in plain sight. "She's onto me." he thinks in Bulgarian.
