i think this kind of storytelling is missing in newer nintendo titles. like idk there's no themes or messages being conveyed in botw, the story just happens for the sake of it happening. kinda reminds me of morrowind compared to oblivion's story

playing oot and holy fuck the actual genius about having this room be from a top down angle to make players more comfortable with analogue movement in a familliar camera view before moving onwards is awesome
