"Could?" He's giving Argentina twice what he's mentioned as a "bailout" for our farmers, and Argentina gets to continue selling soybeans to China.

Trump has effectively ended the U.S. soybean market in China. Our farmers have lost not just this year's business, but future years, too, for nothing.
