We got to do something positive today. My husband's uncle passed and left us some money. It's not a life changing amount, but it's still substantial. So, we gave money to each of our nieces, their husbands, our nephews & their step-siblings. When you have extra, share, don't hoard.

I grew up with a violently abusive mother. I lived in a constant state of fight or flight for many years. Even with a fair amount of therapy for my C-PTSD, I still end up with panic attacks from a trigger sometimes. Still, it's nothing compared to what the Epstein/Trump victims have been through. 1/
