i think the most important impact DanDan will have in the long term is bringing a format to the cultural limelight that is just a bit *weird* and showing people that they can do weird stuff with Magic cards that isn't making a new Commander-like.

the biggest difference between. lutheran/calvinist views of faith & grace. and catholic/arminian views. is that the catholic/arminian view requires some degree of human cooperation. while lutheran/calvinist views is purely god-given

the lutheran view of works is that it’s an outpouring of our faith
