Just so I'm clear on this, computer memory has tripled in price because a bunch of it that hasn't been produced yet has been ordered to populate GPUs that aren't installed in data centers that aren't built yet in order to service a demand that doesn't exist to make profits that don't happen.

Just got back from my staff holiday party.
Spent $33 on a burger that did not fill me up and a margarita that was not strong enough. It had sugar on the rim instead of salt, so the cup was sticky after like...2 minutes.
Oh and rounded up for my tip, so all in all spent $40 on a pretty mid dinner.

I had considered getting myself a fancy camera as a birthday/Christmas gift to myself, but I'm looking up reviews and all of the options I was considering were like 100-200 cheaper a year ago. Goddamn tariffs.

Almost burst into tears at work. One of my former students who's in kindergarten today saw me and she said she misses me, but she sounded so sad. I could tell she meant it. I gave her a big hug and when I was leaving she said, "bye Mr.Andrew. I love you."
