I think the apparent lack of all 3 is proof today's megarich know their gains are ill gotten and must fear losing it. And/Or are imaginationless, joyless losers.

Just thinking about how fucked up mega-rich people must be, because they can't even enjoy their money properly, because the most enjoyable thing to do with money is to use it to fix people's problems.

I'm old enough to remember when PA didn't allow table games.
Now I see old people spinning reels in the gas station and can't stop hearing BUFFALO! in ads for apps. We went too far.
