it's not just appropriating someone's artwork (important as that is!); it's also reframing these incredibly sheltered comemierdas, who shift all the risk and consequences from their decisions onto others while hoarding the profits, into this position of casual, almost heroic precarity.

This shit is gonna happen globally now. There are a ton of reasons why digital rights activists were always dead set against enforcing real ID for using the internet.
So awesome that the nation's so-called eSafety Commissioner is forcing every Australian over the age of 16 to hand over our biometric data to overseas-based companies whose business model is about monetising personal data & linking online accounts to real world individuals.

After going through above, I was sent an email, which sent me to the Kids Web Services website. I chose "Face Scan", which directed me to Yoti, face was scanned and it began estimating my age. It was taking so long I forgot about it, and just came back 4hrs later to see it is still "Estimating age"👍

"I saw with my own eyes signs of rape and violence. I saw prisoners walking with pain in their rears, and I saw boot marks on my client’s back. I saw bruises and marks from handcuffs cutting off blood circulation in their legs and hands. I myself saw prisoners being led shackled and blindfolded. I saw it with my own eyes. The journalists aren’t interested in publishing about rape and violence by prison guards. Josh Breiner [Haaretz criminal correspondent] isn’t interested. The judge said she wouldn’t discuss it, and both of them asked why the prisoner didn’t file a complaint. Can you imagine a security prisoner filing a complaint? Do you think they have an anonymous complaint box like criminal prisoners do?
