Fair to say I’m not dismissing the story completely, but I think we’re some way off it being anywhere near confirmed. There’s definitely noise being made for the reasons you suggest.

Probably worth pointing out at this stage that it would be for the Eurovision broadcaster to make that decision, not the government, and the broadcaster has made no such threat. But broadcasters will also take into account the mood of the country they’re in. www.euronews.com/culture/2025...
