My mother and my fiance both had CHF before they died. Both had stumbling and trouble walking for 2 years before. Both had trouble with swollen legs, let alone ankles, in the final 6 months, needing wraps. Both had diabetes and were very overweight and incontinent. Just sayin'...

David Markus, Maxwell's attorney, said Maxwell was asked about "maybe 100 different people" during her interview with Blanche.

So, she didn't provide 100 names, she was asked about 100 names.

I'm sure they were very selective about which names they asked about.

Good Shabbos, all!!! It's been such a gorgeous day here in Montreal... I put a dish of water out for the birds, and they've been stopping by on the balcony all day. Finishing up some research and having a glass of wine... and hoping you all have a relaxing weekend. Love, Cookie.

Seems to me that not-Trump Conservatives want their cake and eat it, too.

They hate what Trump is doing, but not enough to join Democrats to fight him.

They'd rather blame Democrats for not being Conservatives.

I.O.W., they'd rather keep their Conservative label than save their country.

I was re-watching 1883 yesterday and it got me thinking about my dad's grandmother Minnie. Minnie was born in 1864 in a covered wagon in Minnesota, hence her name. Her parents had married in Pennsylvania, and she had other siblings. It can't have been easy...

WATCH: Canadian grocer claims "we literally can't give American products away now", as Canada continues to aggressively pursue other alternatives to U.S. imports.

In a global economy, bullies like Trump are destined to lose, and America will lose with him... bigly.

As to that "Big Faucet" Trump says Canada can turn on and off at will...

He's talking about the dams on the Columbia River. That river begins in British Columbia and flows south through several states and finally to the Pacific Ocean.

It's like Trump decided he wanted Canada and asked someone to pull up every treaty between the US and Canada, and then attacked each one. Treaty of 1818. Treaty of Oregon 1846. Treaty of the Columbia River Basin 1964. USMCA 2018. Americans may not know their history, but I assure you Canadians DO!
