There was this shift in like 2010s where the anger about how dumb men could be or how dangerous the world was felt so chaotic and unpredictable. So there was an effort to make everything clinical and statistical. Like your bad experiences are universal AND part of a case study.

Your ex wasn’t gaslighting you . He lied to you! There is a very distinct difference! We don’t need to put clinical terms on everything. We need to become more personal in our anger. This is my strongest hill I’ll die on at 2AM , nobody knows how to be upset anymore.
