“There you are, foul fiend!” The angel exclaimed, landing on the back of a black-clad demon.

The demon snarled, but the angel had already pulled out a golden rope and was working on subduing him. There was much yelling and much thrashing, but the angel was clearly much stronger than the demon and never once lost control as he wrestled the demon into a hogtie.

There was gnashing of teeth when the angel walked to the front of him and reached out to touch his lips. The demon’s attempt at maiming was met by the voluntary placement of the angel’s fingers into one side of his mouth to prop it open. He tried to bite down, but his eyes widened as his jaw remained stretched.

The angel smiled triumphantly. “Yes, you won’t be able to fight that, I’m afraid. Evil yields to the strength of Good, and I have plans for you.”

There are so many rare pairs that I had never even considered before that have now become personal favorites.

I’ve followed multiple tags for pairs that don’t even appear in the same scene in canon and yet work so well together in fic.

It is amazing the growth that comes from fic ❤️👏🏻
