Judge James Boasberg announced Wednesday he will continue contempt proceedings against the Trump administration, planning to hold hearings starting the Monday after Thanksgiving over the March 15 flights to El Salvador.

Given today’s ruling by the magistrate judge in the Comey case, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to see how the indictment does not get dismissed.

Just look at the language from the judge (below) in today’s ruling. And yes, the “prosecutor” the judge is referring to is Lindsay Halligan:
