For the first time, the EU will directly fund Ukraine’s military. Brussels has allocated €6 billion in non-repayable aid for the Armed Forces, MP Serhiy Soboliev said. Previously, EU assistance was directed mainly toward social programs such as salaries for teachers, doctors, and pension support.
