It's slightly rubbery and I did wonder whether I ought to have cooked it longer before pouring, but now it's fully cooled I think it will just about cut into chunks without falling apart. I wonder if I dehydrated it slightly in the oven would it be a bit better.

I would eat this with any cheese... I just ate quite a lot with some lovely French Caprice des Dieux.

This is his repeated attacks on what he calls the "lanyard class". Who are the terrible people who wear lanyards? Doctors & nurses, care workers, teachers, managers, administrators, secretaries. The people who hold society together, who keep everything running, who do the jobs he wouldn't stoop to.
