Rereading Bleach and Tite Kibo just never missed early on with making characters you just wanted to know more about. The Soul Society is still my absolute favorite arc in all shonen manga.

Recorded the final episode of the Anime Brothers Podcast today. It was one of the most bittersweet things I've ever experienced first hand. I am so blessed beyond measure to have gotten to make a friend like my co-host Eric. His heart is gifted with the fruit of kindness like no other.

I'm almost finished with the first season of Re;Zero and honestly I don't get the appeal. I can't stand almost any of the cast (especially Subaru), the world is intriguing but I hardly see any of it, and there's not much else going on to hook me. I'll give it one more season but I don't know
