The removal was blamed on a "coding error."

Unusual times demand unusual measures in #journalism. Where is the internal debate over how to handle a constantly lying, media hostile, interviewee who regularly threatens to sue or sues your #media company?
The only accurate reporting in these times would be, "The President responded to the question by rambling incoherently for 5 minutes and the rest of the media pretended like he gave an answer, filling in the blanks for him."
