Screening of research participants, or papers in a review, is an actual process. You don't have to exclude what hasn't been included!

So … pregnant people who have pain pain/fever (which can harm the fetus) should not take the proven safe and effective treatment acetaminophen (Tylenol).

Instead, they should take leukovorin which had NOT been studied in pregnancy and does not treat either.

He has to be ignored.
