Another American surprise: the U.S. opposes using frozen Russian assets as collateral for a €140B EU-backed reparations loan to Ukraine, Bloomberg reports. While the UK and Canada support the plan, both the U.S. and Japan are taking a cautious stance, slowing EU efforts to rally full G7 backing.

The grind culture that birthed many Big Tech companies from Google to Amazon is back.

As the AI race heats up, startups are promoting hardcore cultures like “996,” or working 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., six days a week.

Wait, the guy who acted as Andrew Tate's lawyer/hype man, and who was also accused of cancelling a female colleague's hotel reservation so she had to stay in his room... also admits he has "a Nazi streak" in him? How... unsurprising.

Well, as JD Vance says "There's no reason these young people's lives should be ruined for telling a joke, even if it's a very offensive joke."

Oh wait, I am being told that only applies to young Republicans sharing Nazi jokes.

Trying to suppress the will of THE PEOPLE. I hope we have 10's of millions this time. March against the fascist regime & show your disapproval of everything the stand for & policies. We did not vote for any of this.
Ahead of nationwide “No Kings” protests planned for Saturday, Republicans are trying to brand the demonstrations as “hate America” rallies, ramping up their rhetoric about the millions of people expected to peacefully protest President Trump’s policies as they did in June.

It only makes sense when you factor in that Johnson's definition of "Americans" is much narrower than the commonly understood one.
MAGA has become the biggest cancel culture ever.
This administration has been, by far, the most censorial administration in my lifetime. They're punishing people for speech about Palestine, about Charlie Kirk, about ICE, about the President. It's been nonstop attacks on speech.
Mike Johnson: "The last time I checked, Americans have more freedom right now to express themselves and speak their minds after Republicans took over ... it is the Republicans who restored your right to share and speak your mind."

No, the president is not the chief law enforcement officer. They command the MILITARY, not the Justice Department. But Trump doesn't see any difference between the military and law enforcement. They're both action figures that beat up bad guys.
Trump: "They have committed massive political crime. I hope they're looking at Schifty Schiff. I hope they're looking at all these people. And I'm allowed to find out. I'm in theory the chief law enforcement officer."
