The President is trying as hard as he can to foment violence. This message is as much heartbreaking as it is threatening.
Notice several things:

Very interesting thread!
Some thoughts about the military parade in my hometown of Washington DC today -- specifically, the route. Military parades in DC are quite rare. But when they happen, they have always begun, symbolically and geographically, at the Capitol and moved outward. 1/

I take it that his voters were starting to notice the immigration policies were harmful to them, so instead of facing the consequences of their own choices, they complained and got a TACO.

This should break our hearts and push us even harder to speak out against the cruelty of the Trump administration's immigration enforcement policies.

This is so shameful and a despicable way to treat our friends.
This is what we do to people who risked their lives to help Americans.
WATCH: “I WAS AN INTERPRETER IN AFGHANISTAN FOR 3 YEARS.”

ICE grabs a man whose name they don’t even know at his immigration hearing, shackles him, expedites his removal.

Q: Why would anyone ever help our military again? — Trump is endangering and weakening our military.

Trump has federalized at least 2,000 National Guard forces and reportedly plans to deploy troops to Los Angeles over Governor Newsom’s objections. If that happens, it will be the first time since 1965 that a president has sent troops into a state without a state request. 1/19

“The Trump administration is a thugocracy, and the Republican Party he controls supports him each step of the way. Almost every principle to which Republicans once professed fealty has been jettisoned. The party is now devoted to the abuse of power and to vengeance.”
The Unconstitutional Conservatives
Not too long ago, Republicans believed in the rule of law, limiting the power of government, and protecting individual liberty. Then came Donald Trump.

I know this belief is prevalent in NE Ohio: “Farm subsidies remain broadly popular because Americans mistakenly believe such policies exist to protect poor, struggling family farmers from crop and weather unpredictability. In reality, farm subsidies are America’s largest corporate welfare program.”

History isn’t supposed to be comfortable. It’s supposed to be honest. We don’t learn from a past we pretend didn’t happen. Rewriting our history doesn’t protect us. It makes us weaker. And more likely to repeat the very mistakes they don’t want us to remember.
