We must not let religion dictate our future. Australia is a politically secular nation, with freedom for everyone to worship even the fairies and brownies if they choose. There’s also lots of atheists too. We are united by love for each other and our country.

What possible reason could there be to cancel the tonight show, other than the obvious one; Trump is a fascist wannabe dictator trying to silence opposition. I followed him from the Colbert Report, and I’ll follow @stephencolbert.bsky.social wherever he goes next.
I’d say that @stephencolbert.bsky.social is (with the lone exception of @maddow.msnbc.com) the most brilliant, humane person I’ve encountered in broadcasting. His mind works faster than anyone else’s at a level of sophistication that is unmatchable. Genuinely a generational talent.
