There are way too many insurance plans that think it's okay to offer us therapists less than $100 per session for our work. That is unacceptable, esp w/ my 23 years of experience. If insurance groups want their members to improve, they gotta be willing to INVEST in quality, experienced therapists.

Here are the products we’re using… Zevo insect killer spray (spray any visible ones), Terro drain foam (coats the pipes to kill their breeding area), and this blue light trap hubs found online. We’ve also used boiling water and Drano equivalent. Multiple points of attack! 😅

Here in SoCal they do 😭 They are small, like gnats, but appear kinda fuzzy. This is the first time we’ve had an infestation like this.

Yes! I’m also pouring boiling water down the kitchen drain a couple times a day, as well as using a foam bug killer that is supposed to expand and coat the pipes as it goes down. There only a few stragglers left 🙏🏻

When grocery stores decide to move products around, they should hand out maps. Like, “Ketchup used to HERE, but now it is THERE.” Rearranging things is a nightmare for autistics and others of us who thrive on routine.

Kind of like all humans; we truly defy simple boxes or categories. I understand the need for labels in society as it is currently organized and I wish we could see each person with their unique strengths and needs as having a place, belonging, among the collective.
