I think something cis people might not understand about people like Gavin Newsom who publicly espouse transphobia, is that 99% of the time they're only saying the stuff they think other people will find palatable, and their true beliefs are muuuch worse.

I'm so sick of discourse from supposed allies about where trans people went wrong.

Where we "went wrong" is that billionaires spent unimaginably large sums to attack us repeatedly and major media outlets have spent a decade piling on.

If you’re a boss in charge of giving employees feedback (especially in a creative field), you need to make sure to talk about the things they do well along with what needs to be changed. I don’t care if you’re “just someone who gives dry feedback.” Get better at it. It helps prevent burnout.

Desktop crashes if I have the GT 720 installed, so I guess I need to go buy a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. On the upside I have Steam and Discord working.

In fairness, trying to use a GT 720 was a risky move, but it was the only way to get an HDMI output on this thing. Ended up grabbing a different monitor and using VGA.
