I'm not joking about this. Fundamentally a CEO's job is to either rubber stamp or reject recommendations from people who are ACTUALLY qualified to make those decisions.

So by removing the CEO basically you just remove the idiot that tells people who actually know what they are doing "no."

a) you're a CEO. You are functionally the most useless and expendable part of your entire company. Nothing you do qualifies as "work."

b) your grindset attitude toward work led to the creation of a computer that can't do math, so you'll have to excuse me if I don't just take your word on it

Even at the convention I worked at for a couple years routinely approved "tacticool" outfits that would fall afoul of BLFC's written rules, despite their own rule being written much more strictly.

I have literally never seen a convention enforce these rules anywhere nearly as strictly as they are written, though (and they're never written strictly to begin with) so it remains to be seen how effective this actually is.

I don't even have a cohesive narrative for my OCs, and what there is FREQUENTLY conflicts with itself because I just don't care, lol.

But the fact that I've developed my OCs - even just in my head - beyond just their appearance, definitely seems to pique people's interest.

I noticed this myself even with my silly little doodles. When they interconnect and have recurring characters with personalities and even a LITTLE bit of lore, it forms a story, and people are hungry to find out more about it, when i just put generic nameless characters in, its not as compelling
