I posted an essay yesterday about dungeon crawling and the inherent body horror of it all. I also talk about this idea that play inhabits the body and not just the emotional space of the brain.

The Last Guardian is one of my favorite games. Watership Down is a masterpiece. And FFX is the best Summoning system in all of final fantasy.
I'm really in love with the trope of "oh my god, i'm just a tiny person in an infinitely large world and my only companion is a massive creature that I can only communicate with non-verbally." This probably doesn't say anything about me.
