Not a fan ... halibut is expensive AF but it's my favorite. Private Selection (Kroger house brand, IIRC) halibut and red snapper are pretty good. Their crab cakes are decent but Phillips are the real deal.

white people get upset when warned not to wear yellow/take pics at the rally, cuz we've never been in danger a rallies. We literally can't fathom having to take extra precautions, and get offended when warned. Our whiteness will only protect us for so long, so we'd do well to listen to the warnings.

I'm close to that now - a lot of steel cut oats and halibut, salmon, and red snapper. 11 years in Maryland got me hooked on seafood (and crab cakes, which I have to import frozen now).

Yeah, I remember those days. My parents even feared at one point that I'd head down to Alabama or Mississippi and get murdered. So I stuck to folk singing.

Well, sure, but the only practical means to reduce emissions at all is deployment of wind and solar power and ***existing*** battery technology on a massive scale. That means government subsidies and the US flat out won't do that, even if China, India and the EU do.

Maybe so, but anger and frustration have a way of leading to really bad decisions. That's how Hiroshima and Nagasaki happened, for one example, and the genocide in Gaza for another. There are *practical* things happening, like the multi-state health care alliance and the Portland Frogs.
