No surprise here: Trump's new drug pricing plan is riddled with conflicts of interest.

BlinkRx, an online drug delivery company, is set to make millions off the new plan.

Their newest board members? Donald Trump Jr. and Treasury Sec. Lutnik's millionaire children.
Prisons are a nightmare of violence and humiliation. Lack of ressources, hygene, health... Nobody cares about it.

But when a VIP goes there (already very hard to see that) then the whole society seems surprised to discover prisons are a nightmare.
Trump, always giving uncertainity on his tactics: is he an ally of Putin, or does he genuinely think this way can lead to the end of the war?

Trump is percived by the Kremlin as an ally. Or at least as a tool to keep Putin's strategy betting on a long war.
NEW: The Kremlin reiterated its commitment to Russia’s war demands that amount to Ukraine’s full capitulation.

Other Key Takeaways ⬇️ [🧵] (1/5)
Trump is living from what his predecessors made: geopolitical influence, low unemployment rate, low inflation / good growth, military innovation...

But he is destroying all this. Point by point. And the US population will pay it very hard. And their sons, even harder.

🇩🇪🇺🇦 The story of Germany’s aid to Ukraine is not merely a record of military deliveries, it is a story of transformation: from early symbolic gestures to a systemic partnership.

Hamas-Israel ceasefire has collapsed with Israel sealing the borders of the Gaza Strip and launching repeated airstrikes.
According to Kroenig, 3.700 active nuclear warheads (enough to send us to oblivion) is not enough. The US needs expand this nuclear force beyond that.

I am not sure I see the interest of this column until I noticed a pic of Obama and undestood the author is an advisor of current US admimistration.
The United States needs to expand its nuclear force to deal with the growing nuclear threat from China, and it should not be constrained by a dated arms control agreement with yesterday’s superpower, columnist Matthew Kroenig argues.
It’s Time to Stop New START
Putin’s proposed arms control extension is good for Russia and China, but bad for America.

Yo no he dicho eso, y de hecho, pasó.
Destruir Burger Kings y quemar contenedores en nombre de Gaza o de su población es uno de los mejores medios para joder a los pocos que quedan que desean una paz real en toda la región.
Small adjustment: Trump tells us war in Gaza is finally over.

Hamas has neither agreed disarming nor changing its principles against Israel.

Nethanyahu still needs far rights and colons to survive.

With these 2 ingredients, it is hard to imagine real peace in this area.
Just facts. Not so long ago, Biden brokered a ceasefire between Israel government and Hamas.

But Trump and Nethanyahu met in Mar-a-Lago and sabotaged that deal.

Now, months after, they sign the same deal.
While we cannot predict the future, I think this is likely the most probable outcome.

The fact Hamas is executing internal oponents right now shows a clear interest in keeping the keys of the power. Weapons will remain.
“Hamas is not done fighting,” writes @mattlevitt.bsky.social. As it did in the 1990s, the group will “nod in agreement to the various cease-fire requirements,” while also recruiting new fighters, rearming its members, and refilling its coffers.
Hamas Is Not Done Fighting
As it has in the past, the group will retrench and rearm.

On October 2—just a few minutes shy of 11 PM in Portland, Oregon—a federal agent shot peppery spray into the vent hole of Seth Todd’s inflatable frog costume. Todd was protesting ICE outside of Portland’s U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office.

Again. Her party has won the election. Maduro's rule is a murdering government financed by Putin. I think there is only a fascist in the Venezuelan equation.

Calling everybody you don't like Far Right is the best gift to far right. You're normalizing them.
She needs to. Who supports opposition in Venezuela? There is no other option than to get US support. She praised Biden before.
