Whenever I go to bed when it's still light out in the summer, it feels like such a betrayal to the sun 🥺
Laundry and a grocery order will have to wait until tomorrow but I did manage to run the dishwasher and take a shower, so there's that at least.
Also tried to sort through Catto toys to pare down to just the ones *they* like but I'm too sentimental about too many that *I* liked, lol

...was awake from ~12:30am to 4 or 5am with my stupid migraine and it still hasn't actually resolved itself yet so today will likely be another useless day.

It feels very surreal that this is my last week in my current place. Or that this isn't just a move to a new apartment, it offers the possiblity of multiple radical shifts in what my life has been like over the past 4+ years. I hope the overwhelm is more bearable this time around.

My therapy homework was to take an edible and watch Grey's Anatomy but ~apparently~ last night's episode features a massive bus crash, and bus un/safety was a major theme of today's session sooo... I think I may need to just stick with New Girl instead! 😬

It’s horrifying how many people seem convinced by the “the victims were mostly teens—so it’s not that bad!” argument.
As if the sexual abuse of women and teen girls isn’t equally as egregious.
