I've heard the same from a few people who work there. You expect some problems when you roll out a new IT system especially one on this scale. There are 20000 people working at STH and most clinical and admin staff will be using it.
Clearly should have phased it in, ironing out issues as they go.

Sheffield Teaching Hospitals launched their new electronic patient record system in July.

The new system was meant to seamlessly pick up where the old one left off, but it didn't work out like that. "It was total chaos," one senior clinician told us.

We are in the foothills of a solar-wind-battery civilisation. This is our best chance of avoiding catastrophe. But it threatens the profits of fossil fuel companies & nations - so these are pouring money into right-wing populism to stop the transition. This seems to me the biggest story in politics.

Absolutely right
Governments often use a false credit card analogy to justify spending cuts on the poor but this is wrong.
The economy is a £ circulation system the key is to keep £moving and not let it leak out or sit in one place too long.
The poor spend, most £ will go back to treasury
