Points given for using Sec Def instead of made up cosplay bullshit.
People are reluctant to cut that cord because the #brokentimes occasionally (but rarely) shows a spine and reports on facts, but their usual tendency to downplay our reality must be the deciding factor. Money is the only form of resistance they understand.
Was it wearing a “turtleneck?” That should count as a covering thereby vacating the lewdness charge.

MSNBC Grandmas in Skechers seamlessly reclaiming the frog from 4chan Nazis in about six weeks has gotta be the political upset of the century.

Live your life in such a way that 7 million people don’t show up just to tell you that you are an asshole.

#NoKings
This is what democracy looks like. #NoKings
The origin of no kings will always be Boston.
Boston. Wow.
They and the SCOTUS have proven to be even more corrupt because they collectively have more power than him and could stop him. They simply don’t want to honor their oath and that’s an even bigger tragedy than one aspiring dictator.
Yes and they also hate not angering people. They’re in an echo chamber on Twitter with little disagreement so they come here to rile up anyone they can.
They’re childish and petty and not feeding them is the only way.
It’s the absolute worst and yet we’ll still eat one.
It’s open to all unless/until they violate the TOS. They want to antagonize more people and a lot of people left Twitter so they’re basically chasing us.
The less engagement they get, the sooner they’ll lose interest and Bluesky has a fantastic block function.
Yes and to collect general user info for future identification. Collective blocking and refusal to engage is so important. Starve the fire of oxygen…
@eva.computer has a great block list of the shit stirrers.
It’s doubtful that’s why they’re here. They want to provoke, troll and generally ruin what is here.
They’ve never had such a corrupt commander before so it seems like new territory.
I do believe that about the younger and newer members and have had it confirmed by a few, but I think the higher ranks take it more seriously. It’s naive and overly optimistic but the career officers are obviously conflicted and it’s likely that more will step down.
The congressional republicans have fully abdicated their roles and will not push back on anything. There’s no moral or legal line for them anymore.
Their oaths will be tested and they need to decide if they will stand together in service of that oath or not.
It’s become increasingly obvious that the military is going to have some difficult decisions to make regarding lawful and protected orders. They know better than most what’s at stake for both the short and long terms.
It’s obvious that Cuomo thinks he’s entitled to it without passion and Mamdani wants it and has the fight in him. We need the latter and should never again settle for the former.
This is how you deal with them. Well done!
