Wait, this is a THING? I brought it up to my doctor when they changed me from a brand to a generic on one of my mental health meds.

The new ones straight up did not work and made me anxious and sent me into a mania. I was treated like it was in my head. 😐

Cut 3-4 medium potatoes into thin strips, covering generously with fresh cold water. Store in fridge for 1-2 hours or until potato water is steeped to taste.
