It’s a few minutes to 7pm, I need to wake up at 2am to go to work, having been up since 3am today. But the building site across the road just started their cement pour, with three 6sqm trucks on site, and a pump crane.
Got to love a local council that allows this kind of crap to happen until 8pm. 🤬

I’m fitting an awning to my teardrop. Measured twice, and an extra measure to be sure. Checked where all wiring was going that I could trace, marked my spots and drilled…, right through the middle of the 12V running at a 45° angle.

Listening to the Figjam from my work class a few years ago, the one who according to himself was the best (he failed multiple exams and was last to qualify) complain that he has to work according to the EBA, and not do what he wants to do.
I bet he only has a job still due to “Good Bloke” status.

Listening to a couple of work colleagues talk about their new electric cars from a certain nutjob. It’s like two old people trying to outdo each other with what ailments they have, talking about all the issues with the cars. Haven’t heard either say a good thing about the cars in the last 15mins.

I think if England bat first in the Brisbane Test, Australia should just get Travis Head to walk into their dressing room at the innings break and say “Yeah nah, you lot can bat again, I want to make it a fair fight this time.”

A little bit of garage cleaned, recycling bin filled, regular bin filled (eeek rubbish day is Friday). A couple of 3D prints designed and done. Cans cashed in, shopping done, washing done. Car cleaned out, lawns mowed, dunny door fixed. I think that’s enough for my day off, back to work at 6am.

A few complained about me hogging the bowling, but I think I was justified with final figures of 7 maidens, 1 run, 2 wickets.

In my dream last night cameras never developed (unintentional pun) past the 1800’s. There was a car race with a photo finish, but as they crossed the line a piano fell on the camera, leaving the photographer standing there with the cover over their head looking confused.
