In Trump's first 100 days, he alienated us from our allies, crashed the stock market, decimated U.S. cancer research, expelled American toddlers, lost the Canadian election by proxy, and threatened your Social Security checks.

But at least he focused on the important stuff.

A British theory from 2005 suggests that, for a variety of reasons, the 3d Monday in January - termed Blue Monday - is the most depressing day of the year. (Google it)

Seems close to the mark.

So, the big ideas are either a joint U.S.-Chinese ownership of TikTok, or Elon Musk buying TikTok. And it's just day one of four years.
The Tik-Tok Flip-Flop and the Spectacle of the Big Tech ‘Supplicants’
The Trump-Musk-China convergence is a national security risk just like the app.

In the end Trump got away with everything (except the crimes and civil violations he committed in New York). And I don't blame Jack Smith. He did his job. I 100 percent blame Merrick Garland, who frittered away two full years and let Trump walk for stealing classified documents and fomenting a coup.
Yes, Jack Smith resigning was expected, but it still feels like justice has left the building.
I had such high hopes for trump and cabal to be held to account. 🤬😣 www.nbcnews.com/politics/jus...
Special Counsel Jack Smith resigns
The move was expected ahead of President-elect Donald Trump taking the oath of office.

Merrick Garland,

Drop the appeal to reinstate the indictments for Nauta and De Oliveira. The Trump DOJ will do it anyway.

Release both volumes of the Special Counsel report.

Do not become an unwitting accomplice in their efforts to suppress the truth.

Sincerely,

Sane America

The last few generations have mostly missed out on many things: polio, tuberculosis, measles, mumps, rubella, diphtheria. They have seen less people die from flu and pneumonia. But guess what! With a Trump admin you can have access again! Trump’s pick for HHS Secretary is an anti vaxxer. Great news!
