On this episode of “we have food at home”, defrosted hatch sausage & leftover tortillas for sausage egg & cheese tacos. Tonight, using leftover potatoes and garden broccoli to make broccoli & potato soup. Everything I’ve made this weekend has been freezer/leftovers. I’m a bit of a food hoarder 😀🍜🍽️.
