Filming YouTube videos has made me painfully aware that I cannot wrap my mouth around some words. A solid 50% of the time I try to say Bejeweled I say Bejewed… it’s like the weled syllable evades me…

People dont want you to have queer interpretations bc they dont want queer interpretations to flourish. To be encoded alongside the art in history as a contemporary understanding that the art was queer. In doing so it's easier to erase the queerness from the narrative, to pretend it was never there.
