I remember about a dozen numbers that I haven’t called in at least 30 years.
The house I grew up in, both sets of grandparents, my great-grandmother, my first job, several friends from childhood and my young adulthood.

Police officers who publicly declare that they’ll quit if a mayoral candidate they dislike wins the election are (1) usually bluffing—sure buddy, toss away that paycheck and pension—and (2) exactly the sort of cops cities would be better off without, ones who don’t see themselves as public servants.

Yeah, I’m okay.
Just physically and mentally tired and I hit that point at the end of the day when I might have a chance to play but the ability to focus at that point is fragile and it doesn’t take much to break it.
