I never use Spotify anymore but here's James' wrapped since we listened to all the same stuff. Our top 5 songs include two versions of a Wang Chung song (regular and COVID lockdown version), the theme song for The Blob (1958), and song of the year Sushi Glory Hole. We are not serious people.

the current plan is to put my coverage on my own site for free, but if anyone wants to pay me to put em somewhere else, let me know!
I've written at least 40 articles about Stranger Things over the years, so you bet your butt I won't miss out on digging into the final season just because I'm not regularly contributing to major sites anymore. Thoughts to come!

Okay the last couple eps of this show were actually a blast, i stand corrected. Feels like Big Little Lies fanfic in a good way
Spent hours yesterday putting together a list of movies to watch before the end of the year, then proceeded to ignore it and marathon a bunch of the exceedingly dumb crime show All Her Fault instead.

DS9 Mirrorverse writers were really just like "imagine a world like ours, but kinkier and gayer and hornier and with fewer showers." And they were right to say it!!

Winter is upon us, and-

If anyone else out there deals with benign fasciculation (muscle twitches and jolts) after getting vacc*nes, try taking magnesium and loading up on vitamins both in the weeks leading up to the shot and the day of! Doing so cut my personal twitchy time down from a week or two to less than two hours.

I meant to reply to each individual response to this, but I haven't had the spoons for it, so I just want to say a blanket thank you, thank you, thank you.

Getting so much off my chest made this transition feel like a beginning rather than an ending, and your kind words are a big part of that.

A couple years after the big fade-out, my Film School Rejects email has finally stopped working. I've been trying to get all PR mailing lists moved over to my main account for ages, but a few things (like HBO screeners!) still inexplicably only showed up in this inbox. RIP to a real one.
