What this looks like with clients:
• Naming feelings: “Right now I feel…”
• Making clear requests: “I would like…”
• Setting limits: “No, not right now,” or “Yes, with this change…”
• Celebrating wins: “I did that. My body can do that.”

I am often asked if cuddle therapy is cheating, and the honest answer is that it depends.
Cheating is a violation to an existing relationship agreement, and platonic touch could go against those agreements. I've even seen couples!

How would you feel if your partner was seeing a touch therapist?
